Excited to Reconnect: Updates on Onboarding, Community, and Advocacy
Hi all! Just a quick note to let you know I'm officially back. I am so sorry if I missed any tags, etc. My new boss (aka my now almost 6 month old) has been very demanding. I am BACK and have missed connecting with you all. My team has expanded so I am to happy to collaborate/share/learn from you in the following areas:
Onboarding/Adoption Marketing
Customer DB Health Irwin Hipsman we should probably chat at some point
Email & in-product onboarding nurture (focused on our self-serve segment)
Product adoption campaigns (we're currently running two of these for the first time ever)
Working cross-functionally on the definition and follow-up process for Customer Qualified Leads (this mostly falls to demand gen but some of our programs will result in CQLs so we'll be helping to reinforce the process with Sales
Community
Our flagship community event will be happening this October (5 hr virtual event and then 3-5 in person events in select cities the following day). The DevSecCon community is focused on bringing best practices, processes, tooling to help security and developers enable secure development. The goal is to more closely align brand to Snyk to show our commitment to thought leadership and helping to educate and grow the community at large.
