What's the best merch you've sent out to customers that they keep asking for? Looking to get some direct mail campaigns happening for some of our customers ahead of a new product launch
Best Customer Merchandise for Successful Direct Mail Campaigns | CMAweekly Customer Marketing and Advocacy Slack
would be cool if you had a tie in to the launch itself -- one year we did these custom pottery with a subtle logo and seeds etc with a message about us growing together .. wonder if there is a word from the launch you could play off of that. my fave swag item has been a patagonia lightweight puffer but thats $$ .. have also done customized passport holders that were embossed with their initials for taking flight on a new adventure etc .. also i just tend to love anything with a subtle vendor nod not a super large logo so it makes it something theyre more likely to value and share
So we don't tend to do too many direct mail campaigns, so I'm sussing out costs and am hoping to have a spectrum of costs/offerings. It's actually a Travel related product so I had thought about bag tags, but just love the hyper personalisation!!
Same! Here’s a thought - bag tag mailer with a golden ticket in a few of them. Could be gift cards, or free passes to your conference (if applicable). Could be a way to inadvertently get some social buzz.
