Go on an internal and external listening tour for your community program to gain insights to inform the build and programs run in it to add value to members. Have a very clear goal for it initially for what you want it to impact first then expand them over time. Add internal and external processes in place earlier than you would expect to help you later as it grows.

Regarding the question about customer approval for using quotes from PeerSpot published reviews, Jennifer really didn’t answer the question. Can you share with me (DM is fine) an “official” sentence or two from PeerSpot that I can share with my team? We just need to be 💯 sure that we can share the named reviews and quotes from those reviews without any additional customer approvals. Thank you very much!

I have seen the program live under CMO/marketing, under the CCO (Chief Customer Officer) and under the CIO. My preference is under marketing so that the customer advocacy/marketing teams can easily collaborate and determine the ultimate way/s to build the relationships and develop advocates.
