I have had success with TechValidate (9 years) followed by UserEvidence (the past several years). The top talent came from TechValidate after the SurveyMonkey acquisition to launch UserEvidence. For me personally, UserEvidence has allowed me to very quickly identify advocates for opportunities (including qualifying for reviews) and generate content for case studies, slideware and social. It's also very easy to collect authorization to share a customer’s name/quote/logo publicly. I haven't had a lot of experience with backend integration but know they can easily integrate with SFDC and several other platforms. I believe UserEvidence offers pricing options for small and large programs.

If you ask a customer “if you were to submit a review, would you rate us five stars? And if not - why? Gartner doesn't approve of this being in writing - and they will remove reviews if they see anything in writing. But you can have this conversation over a phone call. This is how automobile dealers keep their satisfaction ratings - and they can lose their franchise if they don't maintain a high rating.

Hard to attribute incentives when GPI reviews are anonymous.

Love this. So hard to move on from the relationships you build - especially with customers. I spent nine years with Compaq/HP/HPE and really miss the customers I worked with.
