In the past I've done "pilot" groups for about 1 month, then did overall enablement sessions on team all-hands. That way I could have a few of the pilot members hop on for 1-2 mins and talk about their experience with the platform. Seemed to make a big difference! +1 to everything Lauren said as well. Additional thought, the more documentation you have, the better. To accompany my enablement sessions, I have a built-out Confluence (or your equivalent) page with ALL info, gong recordings, examples, etc.

Not so much passwords BUT all of my desk equipment's batteries are dead...and I only have one lightning charger cord... so there's that 🤣

I've done this before -- kept it as brief as possible, still praised the current CSM but I did not believe they were the best fit for my use case (stated some examples) and would love consideration to have a CSM that has close experience with my needs!

Rose Fried I worked at a cybersecurity company and exactly the same — makes sense given bigger logos probably don't want to publicly blast who's hosting their privacy infrastructure but still a pain nonetheless!

We worked with our sales & legal teams to create a contract add-on for logo rights. Can be fleshed out depending on customer's own legal parameters but typically comes with a % discount on contract.

I've used Brandon / light & heat for many projects, small and big, but mostly to ship camera equipment for testimonials. He edits as well and is THE BEST. Cannot recommend him enough!
