Looking for Insights on Using Gong Smart Trackers for Reference Requests and Social Proof Metrics

Has anyone used gong smart trackers to try to track references? For example if you don't have a formal reference request process set up but want to get an idea of how many references are being asked/completed for metrics? In addition, I'm wondering if gong can also give a sense of how many times social proof is mentioned in calls. Looking to measure influenced/covered revenue here. If anyone has experience with either of these, I'd love to chat. Trying to optimize some trackers and happy to brainstorm/share ideas.
