Something that I am actively doing is creating a library of all of our advocates and their content that we have available. I've turned it into a skill in Claude that anyone in our org can use to search. They could search in plain terms, like, "Do we have anyone who has spoken from United Airlines in the last three years?" or they could ask something more broad, like, "Hey, I need to find a speaker for an event. The title needs to be X, Y, Z level and we have marketing rights." They could also ask something like, "Hey, our CEO is doing an interview and needs to reference a customer story that has X, Y, Z metrics, which would be a good fit."
