Hi everyone! I was part of a fairly big layoff today at Halcyon. If you know of any remote senior customer advocacy roles, let me know!🙏

I do it all but still have AEs doing it in a rogue way which isn't helpful for tracking and fatigue for the repeat customers they're asking. Even with sales leadership telling them not to do it.

It really has no platform of knowing who's really working their asses off to make a good program, like with some really small orgs. It makes me speculative in the same reign my middle schooler is dealing with popularity.

Sorry if this has been asked but I couldn't find anything on it. I have a good budget to help on certain programs and one program I'd love some help with is GPI reviews (and honestly I dislike spending time on). Any vendors/software that might help with this? I realize it takes happy and willing customers (which we definitely have) but any extra push would be great.

Happy Friday! I inherited a monthly customer newsletter coming into my role with pretty basic/boring content (product news, upcoming events, customer spotlight, and us in the news).
