hi @here does anyone have a RFP/vendor selection brief they're currently using or used in the past for customer advocacy software evaluations? DMs are great if you don't want to share here. 😄 thanks!

Oh gee, I don't know if I have that anymore. These days I just have a few questions to answer in an email presenting my business case to my manager. Happy to share those if useful.

I just have some standard questions for software - we never got to the point of a formal RFP for advocacy software.
