I'm working on Ai challenges for CMA. I have a list of 10 on the introductory side. From analyzing entire program, to turning csv files into databases, creating dashboards, designing, and live artifacts. The goal is to help people with fear of jumping in get their feet wet, think through how they can use Ai in their programs and see what they are capable of creating. However, for many of you, this is far too introductory. I'd love to have 10 challenges that would focus on a more skilled approach to Ai implementation across CMA. Who can give me ideas for advanced Ai skill challenges? Kym Orr Kevin Lau Amanda Peacock Ciana Abdollahian Colleen Reidy Brittany Busa Maria Ogneva Justine Woo
Something that I am actively doing is creating a library of all of our advocates and their content that we have available. I've turned it into a skill in Claude that anyone in our org can use to search. They could search in plain terms, like, "Do we have anyone who has spoken from United Airlines in the last three years?" or they could ask something more broad, like, "Hey, I need to find a speaker for an event. The title needs to be X, Y, Z level and we have marketing rights." They could also ask something like, "Hey, our CEO is doing an interview and needs to reference a customer story that has X, Y, Z metrics, which would be a good fit." Is that the type of challenge you're looking for?
Yes Amanda Peacock

Emily Coleman any chance you have ideas on these AI skill challenges?
I had a really painful learning yesterday Mary Green Remember when I built the customer advocacy library by extracting copy and quotes from our customer stories? I never saved the instructions for how I did that, or how to populate everything into the Notion databases. So when I went to add a new story, I had to recreate the entire process from scratch. 😭 To make it worse, I originally used Claude to define the workflow, but since it had been a while, neither of us could recall the exact steps. I ended up spending about an hour rebuilding it. Key takeaway: save repetitive workflows as skills!!
oooh that's a good lesson Justine Woo
