Have customers write (or submit a video) a brief “why [your company/product] has captured my heart.” Post them all and have customers vote on favorites. Give prizes to the top 3, and a guaranteed donation to the American Heart Foundation if a certain threshold of entries is reached.
We celebrate HEART Week around Valentine’s Day (our core values) so we will have a blog post asking advocate community members to nominate or share about someone in the community who exhibits these HEART values. Ya know - share the love. :)
Do quick video interviews with your salespeople on why they love a specific customer - if the customer is open to it, you can tag them on a LinkedIn post with the video!
This was ages ago but still stands out as one of my favorite customer appreciation campaigns...for V-Day I hosted an arts 'n' crafts lunch in the office where employees could make a custom greeting card to send to our biggest brand advocates (who were all IT professionals).
It was silly fun but our users LOVED it, and employees also had fun getting creative with the IT-related jokes & card designs. 🎨✏️
