Very timely question, Milagros. We started researching based on criteria (features) for a gifting platform. Looking for one similar to Sendoso in automation/Salesforce integration, as the $15k annual charge just to use their platform is a dealbreaker. Did some research with a little help from my AI buddy - here are the results. Would love to hear more about any solution that's working well.

In a previous role, I had a great experience with Thnks. We used it across a range of use cases, from go-live celebrations to empowering our services team to send thoughtful gifts to customers in specific scenarios. One thing to plan for is budgeting. You fund sends upfront based on your list, and any unredeemed items are typically refunded about 30 days later.

Reachdesk is great. I’ve used them at 2 different companies. Loop and Tie is a bit more bespoke but their team is awesome.
