Justine Woo - yeah, SFDC came up in conversations as well but because I'm using my own instance of Claude, there's no way. Hoping we get an enterprise license and that changes!

I did something similar at my current and previous company, but this is even more comprehensive, well done Justine Woo! Right now my current company has Notion but only a few teams are using it so I've had to go with a google sheet that serves as a quote bank that is statically updated. Hoping I can move back to Notion as it was a game-changer for self-service and has a very intuitive query functionality.

We had a lot of success having a QR code in a framed stand at our customer community booth during our user conference last year! Granted we were offering a $50 gift card, but still, people in the community were already very happy, but if you're doing an upcoming hosted event, it might be worth considering! Obviously not a targeted cohort, but we had some luck there. Maybe look at customers who've recently attended a lot of events if your company hosts several of them?
