Hey CMA Community, you all know the importance of moving programs forward to be more strategic and not backwards to an one-size-fits-all approach. And I could really use your support to increase the visibility of this message. You may have seen my post in general that I'm navigating a lot of changes lately, and it’s important even if indirectly the important of retaining a formalized advocacy programs be seen.
I would greatly appreciate any and all engagement in my most recent post to increase visibility to get on the feeds of some decision makers. 🙏🏼Here is my page and it’s the post that just went up, thank you in advance!!
Needing all the support you are able to provide! Thank you.

Thanks all!! I have a meeting this week with our new leadership and will be absolutely using the suggestions shared here.
I've also shared some resources with the new customer marketing team and expressed how it seems the view of advocacy is trending towards speaker sourcing and case studies, but that is not the full picture.
Hopeful, I can help lead the charge on why retaining an advocacy program is essential and regressing to a basic output only program is a risk to the business.
Hello hello, CMAers. Curious if anyone here has an advocacy 101 type deck that you used when there was a change in leadership to illustrate what it is, the value, and how it goes beyond top advocacy activity?
Peerbound should already do this as it has access to case study interviews, so only thing would be to shoot over the review ask post interview! Leslie Barrett
Hiiii y'all! I'm working on building out the reports we want to use for our advocacy dashboard in Gainsight. I'd love to know what are your top 3-5 metrics to not forget, but in addition I'm thinking comparing our % of accounts with advocates to the industry standard would be super powerful and also help set expectations as we are responsible for growing the advocate base. I believe it's 5-10% of accounts are advocates, but I'm having trouble finding anything to back that up.
I made one with a formula and everything but no one else wanted to use it. 🤣I would love to share. Let me remove the data and get you the template.. but note mine is more for tracking pipeline vs metrics. My manager actually made a course on metrics and had a spreadsheet that you get along with it. So that's what we use for metrics.
