At Sybase, our customer advocacy program was called the “Customer Intimacy Program.”
Yes, sadly, that was the real name.
It definitely sparked conversation… just not always the kind we intended.
For contrast, SAP wisely goes by a much more normal “Customer Appreciation Network.”
