Is anyone trying group reference calls?
Example: A customer joins a call and your sales team invites prospects to join - and the customer answers their questions?
If so, would love to chat.
We are working on piloting group references this quarter. After attending the CMA Summit in NY we talked to a couple of people who do this and got some great info. Happy to share what we learned and what we're doing.
I would love to learn more Susan Parcells! Zylo - Amanda Peacock what's the turn out like? Do you just have a single landing page that has a couple of dates/options for the prospect to choose from?
My biggest fear is having a customer join the call and no prospects show up
each of the ref events are for different targets like Existing business vs New business so they are diff customers each time so a single landing page isn't what we do. I have a theme and just clone/update with the appropriate ingo
Oh interesting Zylo - Amanda Peacock so you do existing customers that get on calls with existing customers?
When customers don't show up and you do it webinar-style, do you just use seed questions?

This has also known as "one to many" reference calls and I'm pretty sure there are a bunch of resources, slides, webinars that exist. If I find anything, I'll post!
Hi Old account - don’t use -Cameron Olshansky! I've coordinated many of these and would be happy to share some best practices. We run them as an independent 3rd party and don't allow any vendor contacts on the call--only the reference and the prospects. We ask the prospects to use first name only, get their permission to record, and then have the edited call as a reference asset to share afterward. It's a phone call only, no video.
