We use Asana! I've screen shotted a version of what it looks like. Could be easy to set something like this up in a google sheet if you're not using tools like Asana. We have a separate "customer story matrix" in a google sheet for what's published. It's easier for the sales team to filter that way. There's also a zillion more columns to the right that include quotes from the stories, key stats, etc.
