Hi all! I’m working on our lifecycle email strategy at Glean and would love your help with getting some inspiration. Which B2B companies (NO PLG only sales-led, ideally with security‑sensitive customers) are doing really strong, behavior-based product emails like: “You completed X tasks this week, up Y% vs last week” “You started action Y but didn’t finish—here’s how to complete it” “Because you use feature A a lot and are in role B, we recommend feature C” Bonus points if they have single-tenant or heavily isolated environments. Even 2–3 examples would be super helpful and extra bonus points if you could introduce me to someone in customer marketing at that company.

X% of your inquiries had pre-sales/purchase intent. Activate Shopping Assistant to turn those conversations into sales.
We would also use drops in CSAT or automation rate to pitch professional services.

Sandhya Simhan Have you thought about any sort of quarterly benchmark report for users to map their utilization. Weekly seems like something people would ignore.
We find that there's very high correlation between w1 and w2 activity and power users so trying to see how we can nudge more people down that path as early as possible. The longer lifecycle will be a separate project
