By loyalty do you mean customer retention, loyalty reward programs, or something else?

I would encourage him to used related keywords such as customer marketing and advocacy. Loyalty may be too specific for US market.

Upsell, expansions, lifecycle, etc. to add onto Gabrielle Herrera's note above on using industry-specific language to help people understand their role. π¨ If we have to talk about someone's role, then they're likely describing it incorrectly.
