If they seem ready to move forward and it’s time sensitive, I’d go with what you have, and offer to put together a statement of work to address their specific needs. Let them know the SOW can be modified. If this is more exploratory and you have time, a deck like Christina’s would be awesome.

I’d suggest connecting with Ciana Abdollahian (I bet she could give you some amazing advice) and your Gainsight AE (if you haven’t). It depends so much on your program needs and organizational goals/expectations. I’m not sure comparing to a benchmark will serve you well. 🤷🏼‍♀️ What ‘seems’ important to the folks that will be receiving your reports? What will help you evaluate your program?

Mary Green are you suggesting the roles aren’t filled, or that turnover is high? Jenni Adair that’s some food for thought. Maybe I should add a lowball rate at the top of my resume, with the caveat that, for that rate, I do not travel, I work from home, I will always be business casual, and I will only work 9-5. And they have to offer support, training, and growth opportunities.
