On our last AI I took it to heart to focus on everyday tasks I’d like to simplify, so I started seeing what I could do with AI to help tackle my Outlook mailbox. I learned that if I had Outlook Enterprise or School instead of a Personal account, I could schedule prompts in Teams to run at set times. Are there any other tools I could use to schedule a prompt, such as:
Scan only emails that are currently in my main Inbox and visible to me right now.
Exclude anything archived, deleted, moved to subfolders, auto‑filed by rules, spam, junk, or not actively in the Inbox.
From that set, identify the top twelve emails that require my attention now prioritizing:
Decisions or responses required
Time sensitivity or deadlines
Relevance to my current professional goals
For each of the five, provide:
The exact action required (or “no action”)
Whether it can be ignored, deferred, or delegated
Finish with a short list of remaining inbox emails that can be safely ignored or batch‑processed today.
I was pretty pleased with what I could do manually in Outlook, but I’m not able to save my prompts in CoPilot, which is a bit clunky to have to save elsewhere and paste in every time.
