What problems in Customer Advocacy & Marketing, reviews, references, stories, etc, would you like to see AI help solve?
Where we're going is a world where AI pulls everything together in one "database". So you have all your customer evidence: call recordings, case studies, reviews, quotes, proofpoints, etc. being pulled in. (+literally all marketing content and tons of other data) Sales uses the "database" to research their prospect and prep for their upcoming call and AI matches the right customer proof to that prospect's need, recommending references, creating slides, etc. So we won't have to worry about maintaining libraries or enabling sales over and over again, we just need to focus on creating various types of content at scale to match.

I wish I had the skillset to build this! 🤣 We have someone internally who has built this and GTM teams are starting to use it. It has data from Salesforce, Hubspot, product usage, etc and now UserEvidence.
So it's basically part of a broader company effort to make life easier for sales, rather than doing it just for customer proof. I think that's exactly where things are going, just need the company to invest in it!
Exactly - For me/us, the timing was perfect, because we just launched UserEvidence last year, so we had generated over 400 new short form customer proofpoints and UE was able to connect into this. In this model, short form quotes or data points are super powerful, so I'm so grateful we had this when we did.
Do sellers use those short form quotes? Or are those more for marketing teams?
Sellers are using the customer proof WAY more than they did before. The AI will pull it into their slide decks for them. It will use a combination of quotes and proof points and it will recommend good fits for reference calls if needed.
What system are they using to create this with Ai? It sounds amazing.
Ashley Ward Can you use Glean to do all of this? You need to do a webinar with UE on this. This is exactly where we all need to go.
Jenni Adair I've been trying to do this with Glean and it depends on what you're allowing to be integrated into your systems. For example, I haven't figured out how it would pull in reviews from various sites without all those being imported into a gsheet or the like. I think this is possible though!
If it is imported to a Gsheet Vera could you set up a flow to import, format, and submit to your AI tool with a particular script specified by a type of media, identified in the gsheet?
I think it can be done in Glean, although I'm not super familiar. We built this on an MCP server and Claude is the user interface. G2 has a Salesforce Connector, so for years we have pulled in reviews, which you could export into a spreadsheet. G2 integrates into lots of things - we pull select reviews into UserEvidence, so that's how we solve it, but it could be your sales enablement tool or something else?
