Fair question, i think the first question is "will this opportunity and this brand help us with our goals", before you think about risk analysis. I don't encounter this too often in my own work, B2B SaaS isnt that risky.
Thinking beyond Giving Tuesday, I have set up a monthly donation (20 bucks) to my local food pantry. With SNAP benefits in question, many food pantries are seeing an overwhelming increase in needs. Donating money vs. donating food allows for them to scale smartly (ie: buying food in bulk) and helps with decreasing food waste on items.
