Where we're going is a world where AI pulls everything together in one "database".
So you have all your customer evidence: call recordings, case studies, reviews, quotes, proofpoints, etc. being pulled in. (+literally all marketing content and tons of other data)
Sales uses the "database" to research their prospect and prep for their upcoming call and AI matches the right customer proof to that prospect's need, recommending references, creating slides, etc.
So we won't have to worry about maintaining libraries or enabling sales over and over again, we just need to focus on creating various types of content at scale to match.
