I'm dreaming up a page that showcases all customer advocacy opportunities like a buffet. They'd go to one page and be able to learn and sign up for anything they're interested in, like referrals, video testimonials, champion program, mvp program, user groups, etc. Is anyone proud of how their organization is doing this?
Check out Apolloβs page for their advocates: https://www.apollo.io/partners/advocates
I am working on the same project! I would love if anyone is willing to share their advocacy page (even a screenshot) and/or if you have a one-page/brochure that you use for customer recruiting. I am creating a one-pager for our Sales reps to pass along and inform customers about advocacy opportunities.
I have always thought that Teradata's program was really well laid out on their website. Maria Sturgeon built this program years ago. https://www.peeradvantage.com/
I think Cisco does a pretty good job of this (I donβt work there, just noticed their page a while back) https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/about/cisco-insider.html
Maria Sturgeon would love to hear how you are providing audiobooks as a reward. Is there a specific platform you use? Or is more manual fulfillment off Amazon or something similar?
A good reminder to refresh mine for 2025, but this is my Customer Marketing "Menu" our sales team uses
This is EXACTLY the kind of examples I am looking for! And they have a downloadable brochure on the site as well. Thank you so much for this!!
Yes!! I have always loved Ciscoβs Advocacy page. I ran into it a while back and in the early days asked our community manager to model ours based off of theirs!
Loove this! And really like the Reach tactic!! A great way to show the benefit to the customer through metric proof!!
Christine Newman seriously felt like glitter and bells went off when you shared that. THANK YOU. Rose Fried did your community manager end up creating one based off the Cisco page? Katlin Hess Love it, visually appealing too! Jeanne Nitschke (Talbot) thank you for sharing that example, so helpful. Sorry if I missed anyone. Thank you for sharing! Feels like I can make that dream a reality now.
Sofia Rodriguez Mata they created an Advocacy page through our community portal. Unfortunately we do not have a full landing page with a nice layout. Itβs a very straightforward doc looking page.
Christine Newman - we offered audiobooks via Audible - both a 6 mth and a 12 mth subscription. It also aligned with our E&C since it was a business related reward. Really easy to purchase off Audible's site and send to the customer. Our members redeemed all rewards via peeradvantage.com, and we had a separate process for each reward.
