Seeking Customer Speaker Database Solutions and Best Practices

Has anyone created a comprehensive customer speaker database (with verticals, product, topics, etc.) that can be used to easily source customer speakers for various purposes? If so, what do you use? I am thinking Microsoft Lists might be a good use case for this but wanted to check to see what others are doing too.

I don’t think our current platforms would be a good fit for this, particularly with the level of detail we would want to be able to add and easily search for. Gabrielle Herrera I had thought of Asana (which we use) but perhaps too quickly dismissed that. I’ll put more thought into it.

Yeah. You could do this in Asana too, I think.

Agree with the Asana or AirTable. I've done it before with a Google Form > populate into a Google Spreadsheet

we use Asana - whomever is asking for the speaker / panelist/ event fills out an intake form so we know exactly what they are looking for from title/ industry/ size of account - we then compare that to what we have in our advocacy platform for folks that have hand raised - or we go straight to our CAB members and ask them if they are interested.
