Hi all! Not too sure where to put this, so posting here and hope some of you can help me 🙂 I had a chat with an Australian-based company that is open to me doing customer advocacy consulting/contract work for them, but they've asked for a one-pager that explains the services and shows the options for working with me on a fractional basis. For those of you running your own agency or doing solo work, what have you built for this sort of scenario? I've attached mine for reference, would absolutely love some feedback.
Thanks!! Great inspiration
Hi Charlotte, I like the design. The dark green areas stick out the most and immediately draw my attention. But, I'm afraid I don't it as helpful when I'm asking for a page that "explains the services and shows the options for working with me on a fractional basis". I would break down my approach for their program needs, along with the project options such as # of months, cost, payment options, and expected deliverables. For example, instead of the list of services you offer, choose the one or two they need, and provide an overview of what you would provide/recommend, and the break down I mention above.
If they seem ready to move forward and it’s time sensitive, I’d go with what you have, and offer to put together a statement of work to address their specific needs. Let them know the SOW can be modified. If this is more exploratory and you have time, a deck like Christina’s would be awesome.
I was talking about this very topic yesterday with an advisor and he sent me to this website https://www.fletchpmm.com/ as an example. I started putting together a few slides in Gamma and was thinking about creating a scrolling one page website like I did for my son a few weeks back using Claude https://carteradair.neocities.org/ (super easy). Great idea and good to have on hand. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks so much all! So for a bit of context, this won't be something I'll share on LinkedIn, it's more what I share after having an initial discussion (so not a SOW just yet). And for this particular situation, they had actually published a full-time role, but I have a very particular industry crossover, so they're very open to me doing contract work 20-30 hours a week. They've asked for more info on how fractional services work, but I don't think it's the right time to talk about costs just yet when they're still interviewing others for the role. So this is meant to be a little look into what the offers are, and why they should go with me
Omg that Fletch PMM website is so good Jenni Adair!
I've made it similar to Christina's slide deck above, just for ease of reading vs trying to cram everything into one page! I'd prefer not to write prices just yet though, or scope of work until it's further down the line vs an initial chat (as they're interviewing others for the FT role!)
Beautiful slides
Thank you 🙂
Looks amazing, Charlotte!
Thanks Aunalisa Arellano!!
