First Client Signed for Customer Advocacy Agency – Building Their Program from the Ground Up

🎉 Just a quick little win: I just signed my first client for my customer marketing/customer advocacy agency (Centric Marketing)! I'll be building their customer advocacy function from the ground up, which is going to be a lot of fun. Two days per week on a monthly retainer with a 3-month minimum! I think my agency might be the first of its kind in Australia, servicing clients in APJ!
