Hi! Does anyone here do regular VoC reporting? If you do and you're open to sharing your reporting docs, I'm looking to revamp my template for qualitative data readouts.

When you say VoC reporting, are you thinking about VoC content? Or different ways your org captures and disseminates VoC?
