Peerbound is a solid AI based product for customer proof points. Champion is great for identifying and engaging advocates. Several other great vendors in the space—it really boils down to what your company’s priorities are, existing tech stack and budget.

Thanks Lauren! At the moment I'm just interested in exploring options so I can take them back to the team for discussion. It's just good to keep on top of all the different vendors. Returned from maternity leave and there are WAY more AI products out there for customer marketing and advocacy!

Laudable's been great since I've started using it over the past couple months. I also use Orca for reference/advocacy management, and am currently setting up a customer referral program with Orca as well.
