Issue with Responding to Reviews on GPI

Am I losing my mind, or is there now no way to respond to reviews on GPI?? 🙃

I think they paused this in July. "May I comment on reviews about my products and services? As of July 10, 2025, the Reply to Review feature is paused. The intended purpose of this feature is to address critical reviews and foster meaningful communication where it is most impactful. To ensure the feature is used as intended, the Reply to Review capability is paused while we re-evaluate this offering. At this time, there is no set date for when this feature may be reinstated. I am writing an article on the disconnect between customer marketing and the peer review sitesa and will add this to it. Do the other peer review sites allow for replies???

Irwin Hipsman we stopped paying for G2 last year. When we were a customer, we could reply. Now that we don’t have a subscription with them, we can’t reply.
