Hey Everyone! I am launching a campaign utilizing video testimonials, with the customers themselves posting the testimonials to LinkedIn. Just curious if anyone had any tips on approach for this (how to ask/encourage the posting, tips on making the post text sound genuine, repurposing the posts, measuring roi, etc.). Thanks!
Good call, thanks Amy!
Our clients incentivize their customers (with redeemable tokens) to provide video/image testimonials. They get a ton of images and quotes this way. Here's an example of their playlist on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=geYSoVoEr3s&list=PL1ankEyqPOSS8yTiAK4RoIpFAXWF8iJkc
Hi Alex Mechlin customer video testimonials are a goldmine! Getting customers excited is key. What's your main campaign goal โ lead gen or brand awareness? For video creation, try capturing genuine moments during client connects. Instead of a formal request, casually ask about their experience and record a short snippet (with permission!). These impromptu testimonials feel more authentic. For distribution, a multi-channel approach is best โ LinkedIn is great, but also consider your website, customer newsletter, and YouTube. Think creatively โ maybe a podcast series featuring customer stories of different parts of your solution, and eventually leading to a client event? For tracking, social listening tools can provide valuable insights.
