Hey Casey! From my experience, the plus of guided video capture are:
1) it’s a great relationship building experience, and can be a great jumping off point for subsequent engagement and collaboration
2) Getting the customer comfortable will often lead to better quality output at the end
3) allows for asking some organic follow-on questions that were not part of your interview guide can yield some really juicy quotes and content
