Hey Jenni Adair . That’s a great list! A few additional things to consider adding to your list would include: 1) a Customer Advisory Board (CAB) the day before the user conference 2) Executive Briefing Program (EBP) for select top accounts 3) arranging your key customers to speak with media or press during the conference 4) Onsite UX Research Lab events with select customers Probably lots more I missed, but hopefully it’s helpful. From my experience, the plus of guided video capture are: 1) it’s a great relationship building experience, and can be a great jumping off point for subsequent engagement and collaboration 2) Getting the customer comfortable will often lead to better quality output at the end 3) allows for asking some organic follow-on questions that were not part of your interview guide can yield some really juicy quotes and content Hope that is helpful, but happy to chat further if you’d find that helpful!
