Hey everyone! I’m working on a lead scoring model at my new company to identify upsell potential among existing customers, primarily using marketing engagement signals tracked in HubSpot (things like email clicks, blog/landing page visits, resource downloads, booking CTAs with AMs, webinar attendance, newsletter signups etc). I'd love to include some light product usage signals too, but tracking and syncing this reliably is tricky right now.
One of my biggest challenges currently is that HubSpot → Salesforce data doesn’t always sync cleanly, so I'm trying to figure out which data to prioritize collecting where and what to include in dashboards in each system (I also have Gainsight access which is where our CSMs take all their customer notes)
Has anyone tackled this and have any advice or tips? Would love to hear how you’ve approached scoring, data setup, and cross-system syncing!
