#1 Use sourcing links for each rep so they have their own url to send out. You can track how many reviews have been submitted, approved and denied but not which customers are attached to the reviews unfortunately. Then ask the rep to ask their customer to send a screenshot showing they submitted the review but that doesn't mean it will get published. You can also look through the published reviews to sort of gauge which ones are from their customer based on the attributes listed (size of company, industry etc). Other than that it's really tough to track anything on Gartner since the reviews are anonymous.
