Recommendations for Accurate AI Tools for Webinar Transcription

Hi all. Does anyone have recommendations for AI tools that do the most accurate job of transcribing on demand webinar recordings? Free or premium (just indicate which). Thanks!

Not sure if Descript is what you're looking for but I've used it in the past to transcribe audio to capture the text to add captions and could also export the text as well I believe.
