Looking for a Scope of Work/Brief Template for Freelance Projects

Hiya! Does anyone have a Scope of Work/Brief template they use for new clients when they do freelance/consulting work? I was approached by someone to do some work and realised I don't have any templates to work off for costing things out and writing out the scope of work. Thanks in advance!
