curious if any of you all are tasked with engaging in lifecycle marketing in your customer marketing world. if so, what does it look like where you are and what has been most beneficial?

Hi Kristee- I come from customer marketing and now work in a lifecycle role. I am building intentional experiences across the customer journey with advocacy in mind. The impact has been huge instead of searching for customers who had great experiences, my lifecycle work helps create them and naturally builds advocates. Happy to connect!

That's actually 90% of what I do. My job is basically a growth PMM... I don't touch customer references or case studies at all
