Clarifying the Scope and Leadership of Executive Sponsor Programs

Sarah McCoy When you say exec sponsor programs is it developing 1-1 relationships with your execs and your customers execs or a program larger than that. If just 1-1, then Chief of Staff or the Admin supporting the CEO is a good person to run it as they have the ear of the CEO.

Ahhh that's good food for thought. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the history of the program in our org. It's sounding like our COO is asking our head of CX to lead this - but I was just curious because I know our team is going to need to have strong collaboration w/ them. I haven't directly been responsible for this kind of program yet - only worked with those teams to secure members of a program for advocacy activities, etc.
