Hey all- I'm curious if anyone else is working in D2C- if so, what impacts are you seeing with Gmail's new "manage subscriptions" inbox feature? We're definitely seeing a bit of a spike in our unsubscribe data and I'm curious how others are mitigating risk with the update?
Not in D2C but as a consumer I hope this makes brands more cognizant of how often they are emailing customers. If you send me an email every day, Iβm unsubscribing. If itβs every so often, I likely wonβt.
