We're running an email gifting campaign over the month (splitting the customer lists into two different sends), featuring customer stories on social (the customers are in customer service/experience industries, so sharing the "customer appreciation" across the stories and our campaign is pretty easy), including videos from execs, and promoting a "continue to share the love" giveaway where folks are entered for a larger prize after reviewing us! We're also working with our pals in CS to expand our lists beyond known advocates so we can hopefully activate some new references.
