Seeking Recommendations for Email Writing Training Courses for New Team Member

Hi all, I have a new team member who isn't from a marketing background and could use some training in writing emails (how to write a good subject line, getting recipients to take action etc). Does anyone have personal experience with a course that you would recommend? We do have some prof development budget for paid options. Thanks!
