Building a Customer Advocate Directory in Notion or Google Drive Synced with CRM Tools

Has anyone built a customer advocate directory in Notion or Google Drive that are synced well to your CRM/other tools? I want to enrich with details like emails, location, health score, partnership tier, etc without manual updates. Would love to see what yours looks like if you have a good system 🙏
