Tracking ABM Strategy: Tools for Account Management and Insights

Hi friends, I'm thinking about our ABM strategy and how to track what's going on with each account, knowing that we're not going to be able to get any new fields or anything in Salesforce. Does any one have any tools/systems/processes that you could recommend for keeping track of individual accounts and also being able to look across them?
