Hi all, I'm curious to hear the community's thoughts on this: do you think it is better to have one program that engages, recognizes, and rewards customers for speaking, stories, sales references, posting on social, being a top contributor in the community, etc. OR to have separate customer advocacy, sales reference, and community contributor programs?

I'm putting together a list of great resources people have found for helping to build their AI skills. The list includes online courses, newsletters, podcasts, communities, individuals to follow, and even a book or two. I'd love to add any recommendations from this community: what have you found helpful as you've been learning how to use AI?

Hi all, I want to build my sales reference request workflow in Slack, so that AEs can make the request and I can track requests and respond there. I'm looking at the workflow builder and it seems like there are several options. Has anyone else done this that can share how you have it set up and what you've learned in that process?
