lol Kevin Lau in 2025 at least, they worked with Society Awards because they were one of the examples the vendor shared with me 😆 -- they look amazing but not as unique for sure

Alexie Glover omg i can't believe you remember those!! they were amazing but $$$. We worked with the same vendor (Society Awards, definitely recommend) to create our new trophies which are still nice but not as cool

we use clay! we use it integrated with Salesforce to enrich contact and lead data. it's primarily used for new biz/prospecting but we're using it a bit for cross-sell as well. i also plan to use for building new BU expansion campaigns, but only to develop audiences for ads or for sales-driven emails, bc clay contacts aren't marketable.

I've previously used that product data to add personalization to newsletters (think Spotify Wrapped but wayyyy jankier 😆 ) and we definitely saw higher engagement but it was hard to tie to ROI directly. but love the idea of using it as a signal to invite to advocacy program!
