I’m Aarushi! I’ve been working as a customer marketer at Uscreen for almost two years now. When I joined the org they’d just created this role so the toughest thing for me was to build an internal alignment on what customer mktg really is + do the foundational work from the ground up.
In my second year it all started to pay dividends and we now have a:
customer evidence library that’s become the go-to for sales & CS teams
a proper distribution workflow for sales enablement content (learning to AI it right now)
streamlined customer comms from the mktg team (we were asking a LOT from our customers with diff teams reaching out for diff approvals etc) worked with the ops team to setup a streamlined process so we dont annoy our customers + rush/panic through GTM campaigns for customer proof/approvals
objection based assets that are distributed 1:1 via sales in prospect calls.
Competitor based decks with customer proof at the core NOT just our features/benefits.
For now, my focus is CEO led customer education, so diving into LinkedIn more and more.
Curious to meet other customer marketers bcs I often feel it’s a very new/gray area in teams and you often need support from external voices to truly understand what more is possible!
