I recently ran an Advocate breakfast on day 2 of the conference. Our top40 advocates were invited in each region and they greatly valued the in person time with their peers. We had some of our leadership in the room but there was no agenda; just chatting.
We reserved the front row for the keynote for advocates, did handwritten notecards and jackets in the rooms, and 1:1 meetings for our biggest advocates with our CEO.
