I have not found a way for it to pull in competitor reviews and do not think that is supported. I do have a recap of the prior month on the first of the month running and it includes:
At a Glance — 6 KPI metrics (total reviews, avg star rating, avg recommendation, NPS, 4–5 star share, new reviews this period)
Rating Distribution & G2 Attributes — star distribution chart + attribute scores + NPS breakdown
Company Segments & Roles — reviewer demographics by company size and job role
Geographic & Industry Breakdown — top countries and top industries
G2 Category Presence — review counts across IDE, Emerging AI, AI Governance, and AWS Marketplace categories
New Reviews This Period — detailed summary of reviews submitted in the past month
Sentiment Themes — top positive themes and key pain points, each with a signal strength label
Representative Quotes — 3 positive and 3 constructive quotes from actual reviews
Recommendations — 6–8 prioritized product team action items with owners
This is produced in both HTML and a google doc format and is then published to the applicable slack channels.
