Hi Wynn! I worked on a Korean video and can give you some ideas on how we did it. It's definitely tricky due to the language and characters. Rowan Jacob from BrandExpression may have some suggestions on who to work with in Japan as well.

I used to use Smart Sheet until we had to move off of it at my company. I liked the ability to easily schedule follow up reminders.

We did one and it was around $100k. Yes to references, but the value to the sales channel is very high and we definitely got our $ back in terms of attribution to sales. And yes, 4 months is FAST. We had one take a year.
