Our team recently launched Tightknit Journeys 🛣️
Joel (Salesforce) smartly (as usual) reminded me to share the news in this community.
Journeys combine our previous features, including Badges, Milestones, and Events, to create a powerful tool for building onboarding and curated campaigns directly in your team’s Slack community.
Some of our customers, such as Clay.com and CultureAmp, have successfully used badges in their Slack communities to power personalized customer experiences and build a culture of recognition.
👉 Would love feedback from the experts here on how we could improve this further! A lot to come in 2025.
One piece of advice would be to replace the private channel with coded text like #vendor-discussions so people can see the name of the channel!
