Challenges in Changing Established AR Team Practices and Industry Norms

An excellent question, and one I wish I had an answer to 🫠 My manager and I are pushing these kinds of questions on our AR team. Generally the response I'm getting is, "Because that's how we've always done it / That's how the industry works"
